About your Fellow Dog Loving Adventurer

Hey there! Lisa here.

I’m a fellow adventurer, traveler with my 2 dogs, Pet and Wildlife Artist. I explored parts of Europe and lived in the UK with my dog, Obee. We returned to Australia to live and after living in NSW we moved back ‘home’ to the cooler wilder climes of Tasmania.

Like you, with my dogs considered family, it was difficult at first to know where to go with my dogs in Tasmania, so many places seemed to not welcome dogs. I joined a Facebook group, which gave me some ideas of where to go, but not quite enough information I or others needed. The right information was key on having fun with our dogs. After taking over the dog friendly Tasmania social media sites I made a few changes in the Facebook group, altered the name slightly and created this website to help you (and us) travel, adventure and explore Tasmania with a dog. In return giving them their best adventurous life in all the gorgeous dog friendly places in Tasmania, and trust me there are plenty of places to go so you won’t feel like you are missing out on the iconic Tassie spots!
